***HBSA Background Clearance Requirements***
ALL Coaches, Parents, and Volunteers you will be required to submit the following Background Clearances:
Anybody thinking about being on the field, in the dugout or volunteering their time with our players you will be required to obtain the following clearances:
Act 34-Criminal Background Check- https://epatch.state.pa.gov/
Act 151-Child Abuse Clearances-https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS
These Clearances will need to be turned into the HBSA Board before you will be allowed to Coach with our organization. Please submit copies of clearances at the time of Registration.
These Background Clearances are FREE at this time so please do not hesitate!!
